The Motability scheme is set up to help you get mobile by exchanging some of your disability allowance for a car, powerchair or scooter

We also have a range of scooters available through the motability scheme*(*Subject to location)
To be eligible to join the Motability Scheme, you need to receive the following mobility allowance and you must have at least 12 months’ award length remaining. Please note that the Attendance Allowance cannot be used to lease a car through the Scheme
- Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance (HRMC DLA)
As of April 2025, this allowance is £77.05 per week
